2. How to find a lodge on

Finding accommodation has never been this easy! Two ways in which you could do that.

Option 1:

  • Click on the search bar.
  • Type in the name of the hostel or lodge that you are looking for.

Option 2:

  • Click on your university.
  • Search from the available hostels in your location.
  • You can use the filters to make the search a lot easier and faster.

3. How do I pay for a hostel on

For your comfort and safety, offers an online payment option and to use this service, you must first be registered as a user and you register by clicking on the create account button at the top right corner.

After you must have selected a hostel of your choice, you click on the “book now” button, it then takes you to a new page where you chose to pay for the room immediately by clicking on “pay online” button. Please note that you would be asked to fill in your debit card details and asked some necessary security questions to be able to confirm that you are the true owner.

4. How safe are my transactions on the

5. Can I ask for refunds?

Yes. If you ever encounter challenges with your bookings and request a refund, please send an email to explaining why you want a refund. Our refund policy is 100% and we would need at most 72 hours to process a refund.

We sincerely hope you don’t ask for a refund, but in any case, it arises we apologise in advance for any inconvenience it might have caused you and we would love to remind you that we are always at your service.

6. What is the estimated booking time? When would I be free to move into my room?

For every successful booking, it takes 6 hours to confirm the hostel details in which an email would be sent to you confirming the hostel you have booked. And it takes a maximum of 48hours for you to be granted access to your room. Once every process has been confirmed, you would be contacted by our agents immediately to know when you plan on moving in.

7. What is Hostel inspection?

Hostel inspection is an extra service offers for individuals who prefer to see the hostel they choose before payment; it gives them the opportunity to see and feel the room they want before they pay for it.

For every hostel inspection a charge of 1,000 naira is added and it is valid for three different hostels. After every inspection payment, you would be contacted immediately by our agents to be able to set up an appointment with our offline agent, who would guide and take you to the hostel you choose for inspection.

Please note: Inspection fee is not refundable.

8. Something went wrong with my booking, what can I expect?

For whatever unforeseen event that may occur and happen to affect your hostel booking please kindly send an email to explaining the problem and we would be so glad to help you out

In all cases, will offer support and will try to work with the third party involved in the situation either the hostel provider or our agent to solve the problem as soon as possible.

9. Should I pay to an Agent's personal/individual account?


Please never make payments to any third party even our agents. All payments should be made on the website or to our business account which would be sent to you on every booking or on request. Please send your concerns to
